Money Matrix Hub is a free loan-advisory platform for Indian borrowers. To stay free for borrowers, we earn a referral commission from partner lenders. This page sets out exactly how that works, who pays whom, and the controls we apply to keep our advice independent.

1. We are a DSA / LSP, not a lender

Money Matrix Hub operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / Lending Service Provider (LSP) for partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) under the RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025. We do not lend money, do not make credit decisions and do not carry a Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) on any loan we source. The lender owns the credit decision and the loan asset.

2. How Money Matrix Hub earns revenue

  • Referral commission. Partner lenders pay us a commission of typically 0.25% – 1% of the disbursed loan amount when a file we sourced is successfully sanctioned and disbursed.
  • Disclosed on the KFS.Our commission for the specific loan you accept is disclosed on the lender’s Key Fact Statement (KFS) issued at sanction, in line with RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025.
  • Free for the borrower. We do not charge borrowers for comparison, advisory, document collection or application support. Banks pay us; you pay nothing.
  • No commission, no influence. Our editorial and ranking logic does not give a higher score to a lender paying a higher commission. See methodology.

3. Lender relationships

Money Matrix Hub maintains active DSA / sourcing relationships with 40+ banks, housing finance companies and NBFCs, including State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bank of Baroda, LIC Housing Finance, PNB Housing Finance, Bajaj Housing Finance and Tata Capital, among others. A current list is on the partner banks page.

These relationships are arm’s-length, non-exclusive, and governed by standard DSA / outsourcing agreements that comply with the RBI Master Direction on Outsourcing of Financial Services and the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending. We are free to recommend any partner lender, and the borrower is free to apply directly to any lender they choose.

4. Sponsored content

  • Sponsored, syndicated or paid-promotional content is labelled at the top of the articlewith the word “Sponsored” or “Paid Partnership” and the name of the sponsor.
  • Sponsored content cannot displace organic editorial ranking on any rate-board, comparison page or lender review.
  • We will not run sponsored content that is misleading, contradicts our editorial fact-check, or violates RBI / SEBI / IRDAI advertising codes.
  • We do not accept payment in exchange for removing negative coverage or unfavourable comparisons.

5. Conflict-of-interest policy

  • Authors and reviewers must disclose any equity, employment or immediate-family relationship with a lender they cover. The disclosure appears on the article and on the author’s profile.
  • Founders Jay Patel and Rushik Patel are loan-sourcing partners (DSAs) for the listed lenders. This is the core of the business model and is disclosed on every article and rate-board page.
  • Where a conflict cannot be reasonably mitigated, the relevant author recuses from writing or reviewing the article.

6. What we do not advise on

Money Matrix Hub is licensed and structured as a loan advisory business only. We do not provide:

  • Investment advice on mutual funds, equities, ETFs, bonds or any SEBI-regulated product. For investment advice, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD).
  • Insurance advice. For insurance, consult an IRDAI-registered agent, broker or POSP.
  • Tax advice for specific circumstances. For tax planning, consult a Chartered Accountant.

7. Affiliate links

Where we link to a partner lender’s product page, the link may carry a tracking identifier so the lender can attribute the application to Money Matrix Hub for the purpose of paying our DSA commission. The link does not change the rate, fees or terms you receive from the lender.

8. Indicative rates & the 7.15% corridor

All rates published on the site are indicativeand subject to borrower eligibility, final lender underwriting and the lender’s policy on the date of sanction. The 7.15% rate occasionally cited on the rate-board is a Money Matrix Hubnegotiated corridor available per-file for strong-profile borrowers (CIBIL 780+, FOIR < 40%, APF-approved property on files above ₹40 lakh) and is not a published bank product.
