How we protect your personal information and data.

Last updated: 1 April 2026

Money Matrix Hub(“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use our website and loan advisory services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal details — name, email address, phone number, and city when you fill out our consultation forms or contact us.
  • Loan-related information — loan type, desired amount, employment status, and approximate income shared during the consultation process.
  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referral source, browser type, and device information collected via Google Analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to remember preferences and measure site performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide free loan comparison and advisory services.
  • To connect you with partner banks and NBFCs that match your loan requirements.
  • To respond to your enquiries and consultation requests.
  • To improve our website, content, and user experience.
  • To send relevant updates about loan products (only with your consent).

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with the partner bank(s) or NBFC(s) you choose to apply through. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may also share anonymised, aggregated data with analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Netlify, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to partner bank websites, social media platforms, and other external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Loan enquiry data is typically retained for 24 months.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

11. Compliance with Indian Data Protection Laws

Money Matrix Hubcomplies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Under this legislation:

  • We process personal data only for the specific purpose of facilitating loan applications and providing advisory services.
  • You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data at any time.
  • We obtain clear, informed consent before collecting or processing any personal data.
  • Your personal data is never sold to third parties for any purpose.
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the loan advisory process and any legal obligations.

  • For any data-related requests — access, correction, erasure, or grievances — contact us at jay@moneymatrixhub.com. We will respond within 30 days.

12. RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025 disclosure

Money Matrix Hub operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / Lending Service Provider (LSP) for partner banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) under the RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025. In accordance with those directions:

  • Every loan offer we share with you is accompanied by a Key Fact Statement (KFS) — a standardised, pre-acceptance summary prepared by the lender that discloses the APR, total cost of credit, EMI schedule, all charges, and penal charges.
  • Every digitally-originated loan you accept carries a minimum 3-day cooling-off period during which you can withdraw without exit charges.
  • Money Matrix Hub does not carry a Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) on any customer loan. We operate on a pure referral model and are not exposed to your credit risk.
  • Our commission from partner lenders (typically 0.25% – 1% of disbursement) is disclosed on the KFS you receive.
  • Recovery is handled by the partner lender, not by Money Matrix Hub. Recovery agents acting on behalf of the lender must comply with RBI’s recovery-agent code (calling hours 08:00 – 19:00 local time, no harassment, respect for borrower preference of language).

13. Data categories and retention specifics

  • Enquiry data (name, phone, loan type, amount, city): retained for 24 months from last interaction, unless earlier withdrawal is requested.
  • Disbursed-file data (PAN, Aadhaar-related reference numbers, bank statements shared for underwriting): retained for the tenure of the loan plus 7 years, as required by RBI record-keeping rules.
  • Marketing preferences (WhatsApp rate alerts, newsletter opt-in): retained until explicitly withdrawn.
  • Usage analytics(anonymised via Microsoft Clarity / Google Analytics 4 / Cloudflare Web Analytics): no PII; retained per each provider’s default.

14. Cross-border data transfer

Money Matrix Hub hosts its infrastructure on providers operating primarily from the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region where possible (Supabase, Cloudflare, Netlify). When a sub-processor (e.g., analytics or email delivery) operates outside India, transfers are limited to anonymised operational data and comply with Section 16 of the DPDP Act and any subsequent cross-border transfer notifications issued by the MeitY.

15. Grievance officer & DPDP rights request

In accordance with Section 8(10) of the DPDP Act 2023 and the RBI integrated ombudsman framework, Money Matrix Hub appoints a Grievance Officer to handle data-related complaints and privacy rights requests. Contact:

  • Grievance Officer: Jay Patel (Co-Founder)
  • Email: jay@moneymatrixhub.com or grievance@moneymatrixhub.com
  • Response SLA: initial acknowledgement within 48 hours; resolution within 30 days.
  • Escalation: if unresolved in 30 days, escalate via the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in or the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act 2023.
