Terms and conditions for using Money Matrix Hub services.

Welcome to Money Matrix Hub. By accessing or using our website at https://moneymatrixhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Service

Money Matrix Hub operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) authorized by partner banks and NBFCs. We provide a free loan comparison and advisory service to help borrowers find the best loan rates across 40+ financial institutions.

We are not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution. All loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and conditions are at the sole discretion of the respective lending institution.

2. Free Service

Our advisory service is entirely free for borrowers. We earn a referral commission from partner banks when a loan is successfully disbursed. You are never charged any fee, processing cost, or hidden charge by Money Matrix Hub.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

While we strive to match you with the best-suited lending institutions, we do not guarantee:

  • Loan approval or sanction by any bank or NBFC.
  • Specific interest rates, loan amounts, or tenure.
  • Processing time or disbursal timelines.

Final decisions rest entirely with the lending institution based on their own underwriting criteria, your creditworthiness, and applicable regulations.

4. Interest Rates & Information Accuracy

Interest rates, EMI calculations, and other financial data displayed on our website are indicativeand subject to change without notice. Rates depend on your income, CIBIL score, loan amount, tenure, property value, and the bank’s prevailing policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant its completeness or accuracy at all times.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in consultation forms.
  • Not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Not misrepresent your identity, income, or financial situation.
  • Not attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, calculators, data, and design — is the property of Money Matrix Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to partner bank websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Matrix Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to losses from loan decisions made based on information provided on our platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Money Matrix Hub, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. RBI DSA / LSP Registration Notice

Money Matrix Hub operates as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and Lending Service Provider (LSP) for partner banks and NBFCs. Under the RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025, we are required to disclose:

  • Our RBI DSA registration with partner lenders is maintained on our author pages.
  • We do not carry any Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) obligation on customer loans — we operate on a pure referral model.
  • Our commission (0.25%–1% of disbursement) is disclosed to you on the Key Fact Statement accompanying every loan offer.
  • Loan approval, sanction, and disbursement decisions rest solely with the partner bank / NBFC. Money Matrix Hub does not make credit decisions.

14. ASCI and Financial Advertising Code

Money Matrix Hub complies with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) 2024 code for financial services advertising:

  • Every rate claim is accompanied by the effective date and bank name.
  • Terms such as “lowest,” “best,” or “guaranteed” are avoided unless backed by verifiable evidence and appropriate disclaimer.
  • Indicative savings projections assume stated conditions and are not an offer.
  • Testimonials and case studies on this site are anonymised and published only with explicit client consent.

15. SEBI Finfluencer Compliance

Certain content on Money Matrix Hub's website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp channels may relate to financial products. Under SEBI's January 2025 finfluencer registration circular:

  • Content from Money Matrix Hub's authors is limited to loan advisory and unregulated market education — we do not issue investment advice without appropriate SEBI or AMFI registrations.
  • When content discusses investment products (mutual funds, demat accounts, tax-saving instruments), we link to qualified partners holding the relevant registrations; Money Matrix Hub's role is limited to referral.
  • Any paid promotion or sponsored content is clearly labelled “Sponsored” or “In partnership with [X].”

16. Indicative Rate Disclaimer

All rates shown on Money Matrix Hub's website, including the negotiated 7.15% headline rate for home loans, are indicative and subject to:

  • Your CIBIL score and credit behaviour.
  • Your FOIR and income profile.
  • Loan-to-value ratio on the chosen property.
  • APF (Approved Project Finance) status of the property with the selected bank.
  • Current RBI repo rate and the bank's internal spread.

A rate quoted on our website is not an offer. An offer is issued only via a bank-issued sanction letter after full document submission and underwriting.
