Who writes the words.

Credential requirements, byline rules and the no-anonymous-YMYL policy that governs every author on Money Matrix Hub.

Registration details are published only after verification

Money Matrix Hubwrites about money — home loans, business loans, personal loans, tax-linked loans, NRI financing, and the regulations behind them. Because financial decisions sit squarely inside Google’s “Your Money, Your Life” (YMYL) bracket, we hold our authors to a higher bar than a generic blog. This page sets out that bar.

1. Who writes on Money Matrix Hub

  • Founders.Jay Patel (Co-Founder & Chief Loan Advisor) and Rushik Patel (Co-Founder & MSME Loan Advisor) may write or review loan-advisory content. Their current lender-sourcing role and any partner authorization must be verified against the relevant documentation; this page does not present an RBI registration claim while the canonical value is pending verification.
  • In-house finance team. Salaried writers and analysts with a relevant credential (see Section 2) and a minimum of 3 years of practical exposure to Indian banking, NBFC underwriting or financial advisory.
  • Vetted contributors. External experts (CA, CFA, CFP, CS, RIA, advocate) on a per-article basis. All contributor pieces carry a real photo, a verified credential, and a banker review.

2. Credential requirements

Authors and reviewers writing on YMYL topics must hold at least one of the following credentials, or equivalent proven experience, before we publish their byline:

  • CA — Chartered Accountant (ICAI member in good standing).
  • CFA — Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute).
  • CFP — Certified Financial Planner (FPSB India).
  • CS — Company Secretary (ICSI).
  • Documented lender-appointed DSA / agent role, where applicable, with partner authorization and relevant loan-sourcing experience verified against records.
  • SEBI-registered RIA(for content that references investment-adjacent decisions, only as “awareness”, never as personalised advice).
  • Practising advocate for content covering RERA, mortgage law or DPDP Act interpretation.

3. Byline standards

  • Every YMYL article carries a visible byline with the author’s real full name, role, credential, and date of publication.
  • A “Reviewed by” line is added below the byline whenever the article was reviewed by a different person from the author. Default review pair: Jay Patel & Rushik Patel.
  • We do not publish anonymous bylines, pen names, or AI-generated bylines on YMYL topics.

4. Real-photo requirement

  • A real, recognisable head-shot is required before an author is presented as a verified profile. Placeholder art must be labelled as a placeholder and is not evidence of identity.
  • When a photo is published, it should match the photo on the author’s LinkedIn profile or another verifiable professional source linked from the bio.

5. Bio standards

Each author profile includes:

  • Full name and current role.
  • Credential(s) and the issuing body (e.g., “CA, ICAI membership #XXXXXX”).
  • Years of relevant experience and a one-paragraph specialism.
  • At least one external verification link (LinkedIn, ICAI member directory, professional council page).
  • Contact channel (email, WhatsApp, or contact form), so readers can reach the author with corrections or queries.
  • Conflict-of-interest disclosure where relevant (see Disclosures).

6. No anonymous bylines on YMYL

We do not publish anonymous, pseudonymous, or undisclosed-AI-generated content on any YMYL topic. Every YMYL article must be attributable to a real, named human with verifiable credentials. Where AI-assist is used as a drafting aid, this is disclosed in the editorial policy and the final published byline is the human reviewer.

7. Onboarding & ongoing checks

  • Onboarding:identity verification, credential verification (we ask for the membership / registration number and verify it against the issuing body’s directory), conflict-of-interest declaration.
  • Annual review:we re-verify each author’s credential annually and update the bio.
  • Lapsed credential: if a credential lapses, the byline is updated within 14 days and any article affected is re-reviewed.

8. Author profile pages

See live profiles at /authors. Each lists the evidence currently available for credentials, role, areas of expertise, articles written, and contact channels. Pending items are labelled rather than inferred.
