Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), you (the “Data Principal”) have the right to withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data and to request access, correction, deletion or portability of that data. Money Matrix Hub(the “Data Fiduciary”) responds to every valid request within 30 days.
1. What you can request
- Withdraw consent. Stop processing of your personal data for the purpose you originally consented to (e.g., sharing your enquiry with partner lenders, sending WhatsApp rate alerts, sending email updates).
- Access. Receive a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the partner lenders we have shared it with.
- Correction / update. Correct inaccurate or outdated personal data.
- Erasure / deletion. Request deletion of your personal data, subject to retention obligations under RBI, KYC and tax record-keeping rules.
- Portability. Receive a machine-readable copy of the personal data you provided to Money Matrix Hub.
- Grievance redressal. Lodge a complaint about how your data is being processed.
2. How to submit your request
Email grievance@moneymatrixhub.com with the subject line “DPDP Consent Withdrawal”(or “DPDP Access”, “DPDP Deletion”, “DPDP Correction”, “DPDP Portability” depending on the request type). Include:
- The name and phone number you registered with.
- The request type (withdraw, access, correct, delete, portability).
- For correction requests: the specific field and the corrected value.
- For deletion requests: confirmation that you understand certain disbursed-file records may be retained as required by RBI / KYC / tax law (see Section 4).
You can also write to us at our registered address: 702, City Center, Opp. Shukan Mall, Science City Rd, Sola, Ahmedabad – 380060, Gujarat, India.
3. What happens next — our 30-day SLA
- Day 0–2: Acknowledgement of receipt by email, with a request reference number.
- Day 2–7: Identity verification (we may ask for the registered phone number or last enquiry detail to prevent fraudulent requests).
- Day 7–25: Processing — we stop further processing for withdrawal requests within 7 days, and complete access / portability / deletion requests within 25 days.
- Day 25–30: Final confirmation by email, including any retention exceptions (Section 4).
4. Retention exceptions
Some personal data must be retained for a defined period even after consent is withdrawn, because RBI / KYC / tax law require it:
- Disbursed-file records (PAN, Aadhaar reference numbers, bank statements used for underwriting): retained for the loan tenure plus 7 years per RBI record-keeping rules.
- KYC documents: retained for 7 years from the end of the customer relationship under PMLA Rule 9(14).
- Communication logs required to evidence consent: retained for 5 years.
Where a retention exception applies, we will explicitly tell you in the final confirmation email. Data outside the exception will be deleted.
5. Effect of withdrawing consent
- We stop sharing your enquiry with new partner lenders.
- WhatsApp / email / SMS rate alerts are stopped.
- Already-shared enquiries with lenders you previously chose are governed by the lender’s own privacy policy from that point — please write to the lender directly to delete data on their side.
- You can re-consent at any time by submitting a new enquiry.
6. Multilingual consent text
Our consent and withdrawal language is available in English, Hindi and Gujarati. The canonical multilingual copy is in our privacy policy.
