How we research, write, fact-check and review every word published on Money Matrix Hub.

Money Matrix Hub publishes loan-advisory content for borrowers in India. Our content covers home loans, business loans, loan against property, NRI financing, balance transfers and the related regulatory landscape (RBI Digital Lending Directions 2025, DPDP Act 2023, RERA, PMAY). This page describes the editorial standards we apply to every article, calculator, comparison and rate-board entry.

1. Our editorial process

  1. Topic selection. Topics are chosen from real borrower questions logged through our advisory desk, search trends, and regulatory updates published by the RBI, NHB, IRDAI, SEBI and MeitY.
  2. Primary research.Rates, fees, eligibility rules and product features are sourced from the lender’s own website, the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending, NHB circulars, or directly from the lender’s relationship manager. Each fact carries a source and an “as-of” date.
  3. Drafting. A draft is prepared by our content team. Where AI-assist is used (see Section 3), the AI output is treated as a starting point only; every claim is verified by a human before publication.
  4. Banker review. Every article touching pricing, eligibility, tax or regulatory rules is reviewed by either Jay Patel or Rushik Patel before publication. Both founders are RBI-registered DSAs with active loan-sourcing practices.
  5. Publishing & stamping. The article is published with the reviewer name, last-updated date and an ISO-format machine-readable timestamp.

2. Fact-check standards

  • Every numeric claim (interest rate, processing fee, EMI, eligibility cap, tax slab) cites a primary source and an as-of date.
  • Rate-board figures are refreshed againstrate-board.ts on a weekly cadence; see our methodology for the full refresh process.
  • Statutory provisions (DPDP Act sections, RBI Master Direction clauses, RERA rules) are quoted with their official text reference.
  • Anecdotes from client files are anonymised and approved by the client before publication. We never publish identifying details (PAN, full name, exact loan amount) without written consent.

3. AI-assist disclosure

Some long-form articles on Money Matrix Hub are drafted with large-language-model assistance using a three-stage pipeline:

  1. Haiku draft — a fast smaller model produces a structured first draft from a research brief.
  2. Sonnet QA — a larger model checks the draft for factual consistency, tone, and compliance with this editorial policy.
  3. Human banker review — Jay Patel or Rushik Patel reviews every draft before it is published. No article ships without a human-banker pass.

We do not publish AI-generated content on YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) topics without a human review, and we never simulate fictitious case studies. Any number that appears on the site is either (a) sourced from a public document, (b) computed from our calculator code, or (c) anonymised from a real client file with consent.

4. Correction policy

If a fact, rate, or regulatory citation in our content is wrong, please email jay@moneymatrixhub.com. Our corrections workflow:

  • Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receiving the correction request.
  • Verification against the cited primary source within 5 working days.
  • Correctionis published with a visible “Updated: YYYY-MM-DD — corrected X to Y” note appended to the article.
  • Material errors (incorrect rate, illegal advice, misattributed quote) are corrected within 24 hours of verification and an erratum is logged in our internal changelog.

5. Anti-bias commitments

  • We rank lenders by published criteria (rate, processing fee, TAT, customer score) — not by commission earned.
  • Sponsored or syndicated content is labelled clearly at the top of the article and never displaces the editorial ranking.
  • We disclose every commercial relationship that could colour a recommendation. See Disclosures.
  • We do not accept payment to remove negative coverage or unfavourable comparisons.

6. Response SLA

  • Editorial enquiries: 2 working days for acknowledgement.
  • Correction requests: 48-hour acknowledgement; 5 working days for verification and publication.
  • Right-of-reply requests from a lender or institution we have written about: 5 working days.
  • DPDP-related personal data requests (access, correction, deletion): 30 days under the Act — see DPDP Withdraw.

7. Authors and reviewers

All by-lined authors are real people whose credentials are listed on our authors policy. We do not publish anonymous YMYL content. Photo, role, qualification and contact channel are visible on each author profile.

8. Contact for editorial questions
